Returns & exchanges for non-custom made orders

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

Custom and personalized orders

We offer custom orders! Just send us a message or fill out our Custom Orders form on our Facebook page under the Notes section with specific details on what you're looking for. We can discuss ingredients preferences, packaging preferences, size preferences, gift options, and pricing. We typically do not charge extra fees for custom orders unless a rare ingredient, hard to find ingredient, expensive ingredient, or extra packaging is requested. Once a custom order has been agreed upon, the item will be made and you may either pick it up from the store to pay for it, or you may request to have it shipped to you.

If receiving your order in person, you will have the option to confirm your custom order is as you requested before payment is received. If the item is being shipped, you will be sent a picture of the finished order along with a complete list of ingredients for confirmation. You will be asked to confirm your order before the order is shipped. The order will not ship out until you respond with confirmation of your approval.

Please be aware that I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders since custom orders are specifically made for one person and can not be resold.

Care instructions

Please make sure to read all of the instructions and ingredients before using. Since the soaps are all handmade soaps, they require different care than commercial brand soaps. To make your soap last longer, avoid placing your soap in a direct stream of water. You may also want to store your soap on a soap dish with raised grooves. This helps air to circulate around your bar to dry it between uses. For lip products, cosmetics, and skincare, avoid exposure to extreme heat or cold. Ideal temps are between 41 - 77 F. For sprays and liquid products, it is important for the quality of the product that it is not exposed to prolonged heat and/or light. Prolonged exposure to either heat or light could cause the product to spoil.
